Directly connected to the Cleveland Clinic via a skywalk, this hotel offers large, spotless rooms with inconceivably comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms featuring great counter space and well-lit shaving mirrors. The staff provide prompt, courteous service with constant complimentary bottled water and 24-hour room service available. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant is excellent, served quickly with friendly smiles. The sleek hallways are beautifully lit, enhancing the overall ambience of quality surroundings. A helpful service coordinator is reachable by text for any concerns during the stay.
